Join us for Graduating Corporate, a business-building bootcamp packed with actionable tools, space to learn and reflect, hands-on group exercises, and unfiltered Q&A with sought-after coach and WSJ best-selling author, Randi Braun.

What to Expect:

Graduating Corporate is a transformational day-long business-building bootcamp designed to upskill women entrepreneurs (and aspiring entrepreneurs) with the confidence, clarity, and BD skills they need to thrive.

Throughout the day expect a mix of group learning, reflection, breakouts, and live Q&A with Randi. We'll start the day with breakfast refreshments and networking, then dive into two highly-interactive workshops:

  • AM Workshop: The CEO Mindset — Randi cannot teach you how to build your business if you don’t believe in yourself and your business. That’s why this workshop will take the “best of” the deep leadership coaching she is known for as a WSJ best-selling author. Participants will walk away from the morning workshop with tools to: recognize and quiet your inner critic, overcome fear of rejection, failure, and judgment, build resilience, and strengthen your belief in your worth.

With the foundation of the morning’s coaching work, we'll break for lunch. After a refreshing brain break, you’ll learn tools to build your own CRO Playbook — translating the skills best-in-class sales organizations use to your business — including:

  • PM Workshop: The CRO (Chief Revenue Officer) Playbook — Every great Chief Revenue Officer that Randi ever worked with in the corporate sales career she had before starting her own business had their own playbook: a set of best practices that scaled businesses, moved markets, and paired happy customers with products and services they loved. What Randi learned along the way, while learning from some of the “greats” in business development, is that business development works best when rooted in integrity, authenticity, and your unique perspective.

The day will close with an Ask-Me-Anything session and completion workshop.

What You'll Walk Away With

Will you crack the code on your entire business in one day? No (Randi is a coach, not a magician). Will you accelerate clarity and sharpen your business goals? Absolutely — that’s the purpose of this program — and here’s what you can expect to walk away with.

  • Tools to quiet fear and self-doubt.

  • Clarity on your offerings.

  • Confidence to raise your prices.

  • A workbook full of prompts and exercises to keep the momentum going.

Who This Is For

This program is built for women leading (or preparing to launch) knowledge or professional services businesses* like law, consulting, PR, government affairs, communications, coaching, design, creative services, and more.*: This program is designed to bring diverse women together and meet you where you are to learn and grow together. Please join us if you are…

  • A dreamer full of ideas who needs “the fundamentals” to take the first step

  • An aspiring side-hustler looking for more structure to grow your current business or take it full-time

  • A new entrepreneur looking for support in the “early days” or in process of launching your business

  • An established entrepreneur looking to tune up your offerings, realign your focus, or level-up your revenue and clarity

This is your opportunity to join a small cohort (only 12 spots) of like-minded women to learn, grow, and move forward together.

*Please note: If you’re developing products, tech, or actively fundraising, this program may not be the right fit—but we’d love to support you in another way. Contact us for more info.
