1. The business fundamentals that fueled her multimillion-dollar sales career worked brilliantly in entrepreneurship — and with far more authenticity than the “icky hacks” floating around online from people who had never actually built a pipeline or managed multi-million-dollar books of business.

2. None of those fundamentals mattered if her inner critic (not her inner CEO) was running the show — there was no “shortcut” for overcoming the fear and self-doubt that hovered over every business offering she dreamed up, or social media post she drafted.

Once she cracked the code on her CEO Mindset and paired it with her CRO Playbook, Randi grew her business into six figures within the first six months of going full-time. Since then, she has spent over five years coaching women entrepreneurs to do the same.

Beginning with breakfast refreshments and networking, we’ll jump into our first workshop of the day, The CEO Mindset.

Randi cannot teach you how to build your business if you don’t believe in yourself and your business. That’s why this workshop will take the “best of” the deep leadership coaching she is known for as a WSJ best-selling author.

Participants will walk away from the morning workshop with tools to:
