Build a business — and a life — that’s all yours.
Join WSJ best-selling author and leader-turned-coach, Randi Braun, for the inaugural Graduating Corporate program — a day-long business-building bootcamp designed for women entrepreneurs (and aspiring entrepreneurs).
in 2019 Randi Braun graduated corporate:
She walked away from a successful career in sales and business development to take her women’s leadership coaching and keynote speaking business, Something Major, full-time. It was terrifying.
She was paying bills from her savings account, battling imposter syndrome, and learning two essential truths:
The business fundamentals that fueled her multimillion-dollar sales career worked brilliantly in entrepreneurship — and with far more authenticity than the “icky hacks” floating around online from people who had never actually built a pipeline or managed multi-million-dollar books of business.
None of those fundamentals mattered if her inner critic (not her inner CEO) was running the show — there was no “shortcut” for overcoming the fear and self-doubt that hovered over every business offering she dreamed up, or social media post she drafted.
Once she cracked the code on her CEO Mindset and paired it with her CRO Playbook, Randi grew her business into six figures within the first six months of going full-time. Since then, she has spent over five years coaching women entrepreneurs to do the same.
Finally two of Randi’s clients came to her: they wanted to do this work together with other women. Not just building their business — but tackling the loneliness of entrepreneurship. That’s how Graduating Corporate was born.

What to Expect
Join us for a powerful day packed with actionable tools, space to learn and reflect, hands-on group exercises, and unfiltered Q&A with Randi.
AM: The CEO Mindset
Beginning with breakfast refreshments and networking, we’ll jump into our first workshop of the day, The CEO Mindset.
Randi cannot teach you how to build your business if you don’t believe in yourself and your business. That’s why this workshop will take the “best of” the deep leadership coaching she is known for as a WSJ best-selling author.
Participants will walk away from the morning workshop with tools to:
Recognize and quiet your inner critic.
Overcome fear of rejection, failure, and judgment.
Build resilience and strengthen your belief in your worth.
lunch break:
To make the most of our day, we’ll take a brain break. Whether you’re an introvert who needs this time to recharge or a extrovert who wants to use this time to grab coffee with a new friend, we’ll reconvene after a nurturing break for our afternoon session.
PM: The CRO (CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER) Playbook
Every great Chief Revenue Officer that Randi ever worked with and learned from had their own playbook: a set of best practices that scaled businesses, moved markets, and paired happy customers with products and services they loved. What Randi learned along the way, while learning from some of the “greats,” is that business development works best when rooted in integrity, authenticity, and your unique perspective.
With the foundation of the morning’s coaching work, you’ll learn tools to build your own CRO Playbook — translating the skills best-in-class sales organizations use to your business — including:
New frameworks to scope and define your offerings.
Clarity around your pricing and marketing strategy.
Business development best practices like “The Pilot” mindset
An “Ask Me Anything” session with Randi and a closing exercise.
Throughout the day we’ll use a mix of group learning, reflection exercises, and breakouts. The day wraps with an “Ask Me Anything” and a closing exercise.
