Embracing Seasons of Change with Randi Braun

Join WSJ best-selling author and executive coach Randi Braun for three transformational days of coaching on the theme of Embracing Seasons of Change. Gathering in one of the world’s most beautiful cities during peak foliage season, we’ll use Montreal’s beauty as the backdrop for an unforgettable convening of women movers and shakers, just like you.

Together, we’ll explore three essential themes that will redefine how you approach this season of your life, work, and career:

🍂 Release: Have you ever noticed how effortlessly and gently the leaves fall of their branches, at the exact right moment they need to in nature? We’ll coach on what you need to release to cultivate your next — and best — season of life.

🍁 Radiance: Have you ever noticed the pure radiance of the leaves when they turn from green to yellow, then yellow to orange and red? It turns out the properties that unlock the most brilliant shades have actually been there all along. It just takes the right conditions to unlock the radiance that was waiting from within. Likewise, we’ll explore what conditions we need to create to allow our inner radiance to shine bright.

🌲Rootedness: Have you ever noticed how the strongest part of the tree is actually the part you can’t see? It’s invisible, and it’s the roots. Whether it’s planting new seeds to cultivate new roots or rediscovering the roots that are already there, we’ll coach on what you need to truly get grounded in this season of your life, work, and career.

After three days of coaching & two luxurious nights at the Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, you’ll leave with:

  • Renewed clarity about your goals — including what you need to cultivate and release, in order to achieve them

  • A deeper understanding of your priorities, and transforming that awareness into action

  • Frameworks for deepening your curiosity, creativity, and intuition—instead of defaulting to the things you ‘should’ do or the ways you’ve “always done it”

  • A powerful new network of women who truly get it

Randi Braun’s retreats are a high-impact leadership development experience that participants have called it “transformational,” “exactly what I needed,” and “absolutely perfect.” Join us and gift yourself this experience to embrace and cultivate this season in your life. Embracing Seasons of Change Agenda

The below is a working agenda: the final schedule is subject to change

Day 1: Tuesday, October 6th
Kickoff at 2:00 PM

Our opening workshop will help introduce you to two core themes of this retreat — release and rootedness to help you get clear on what actually matters to you now—and how to prioritize accordingly. By the end of Day 1, you’ll walk away with practical tools to make more intentional choices, just in time to enjoy a group dinner.

Day 2: Wednesday, October 7th
Our second day together is about radiance — not adding more, but uncovering what’s already there. We’ll begin with an excursion to Mont Royal to shift perspective and experience nature’s radiance firsthand. After lunch, we’ll dive into an afternoon of coaching and workshops on how to shift perspective, expand our thinking, and cultivate the radiance within us. After an early evening break, we’ll reconvene for a group dinner.

“Attending this event is the investment in yourself and your wellbeing that you didn’t know you needed."

Day 3: Wednesday, October 8th

Our final day is dedicated to integrating the three themes of release, radiance, and rootedness, and how to harness each one to embrace your own unique season of change. The morning workshop will help you connect the dots: where you need to ground yourself, what you’re ready to let go of, and how you want to show up next. After lunch, we’ll close with a final session designed to ensure you leave with clarity, alignment, and a concrete path forward. We’ll conclude at 3:00PM.

Whether you’re looking to…

🍂 Plant new seeds to cultivate a new crop of goals and dreams in your life, business, or career

A VIEW OF THE FOLIAGE AT MONT ROYAL, IN MONTREAL

retreat case study: How Lori Reconnected to Her Why—and Scaled With Ease

Before my client, Lori, decided to join me for an in-person retreat, she felt like something was off behind the scenes in her business even though it looked like she was doing all of the “right” things.

Her branding was tight, her business case was solid, her expertise was overqualified, and her client list was stacked with people she loved serving. But even though she had every definition of success on paper, Lori still felt like something was off that just wasn’t clicking.

She was also more than a little skeptical about the process when she stepped into our event space on day 1, but I knew that something major was waiting for her during our retreat in The Hamptons.

I also knew that I couldn’t rush Lori to find clarity or results—I just had to trust that everything would unfold in perfect timing.

As we made it through our agenda for our two day experience, Lori started to relax and was so lost in thought, she managed to lose her room key…three times…which couldn’t be more unlike her… and here she is with all her keys on our last day!

But the more time went on and the deeper she got, the easier it was for her to tune in to what she really wanted and the methods she would take to make it happen.  Just a few months after our retreat, Lori still felt that post-retreat glow and started hitting some of her scaling goals by…

  • Closing high-caliber clients and bigger deals without feeling like she had to hustle for every dollar or scramble throughout the sales process

  • Staying connected to her core motivations and inner clarity, even if she hit a few bumps on the way to reaching her goals

  • Embodying total confidence in her path forward, which increased her capacity and ability to step into a whole new level

  • Standing out as a top voice in her industry, despite the fact it is highly competitive and male-dominated

  • Working fewer hours while making more money, so she could actually enjoy her life behind the scenes and not just focus 100% on work all the time

  • Signing contracts with pinch-me clients that used to feel like a stretch goal or someone who was just a dream, not a real person who would actually pay her

  • Receiving the tools to be able to guide herself once our retreat ended, so she could keep growing long after our retreat was over.

Whether you’re scaling a business, climbing the organizational ladder, or just reimagining your own goals, join us to “lose your keys” & find your clarity

As a two-time participant in Something Major Retreats, I have been equally amazed and impressed by the quality of conversation, instant camaraderie of women from completely different backgrounds, and the ease at which Randi facilitates thought-provoking discussion”
