Embracing Seasons of Change with Randi Braun
Join WSJ best-selling author and executive coach Randi Braun for three transformational days of coaching on the theme of Embracing Seasons of Change. Gathering in one of the world’s most beautiful cities during peak foliage season, we’ll use Montreal’s beauty as the backdrop for an unforgettable convening of women movers and shakers, just like you.
Together, we’ll explore three essential themes that will redefine how you approach this season of your life, work, and career:
🍂 Release: Have you ever noticed how effortlessly and gently the leaves fall of their branches, at the exact right moment they need to in nature? We’ll coach on what you need to release to cultivate your next — and best — season of life.
🍁 Radiance: Have you ever noticed the pure radiance of the leaves when they turn from green to yellow, then yellow to orange and red? It turns out the properties that unlock the most brilliant shades have actually been there all along. It just takes the right conditions to unlock the radiance that was waiting from within. Likewise, we’ll explore what conditions we need to create to allow our inner radiance to shine bright.
🌲Rootedness: Have you ever noticed how the strongest part of the tree is actually the part you can’t see? It’s actually invisible, and it’s the roots. Whether it’s planting new seeds to cultivate new roots or rediscovering the roots that are already there, we’ll coach on what you need to truly get grounded in this season of your life, work, and career.
After three days of coaching & two luxurious nights at the Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, you’ll leave with:
Renewed clarity about your goals — including what you need to cultivate and release, in order to achieve them
A deeper understanding of your priorities, and transforming that awareness into action
Frameworks for deepening your curiosity, creativity, and intuition—instead of defaulting to the things you ‘should’ do or the ways you’ve “always done it”
A powerful new network of women who truly get it

Embracing Seasons of Change Agenda
The below is a working agenda: the final schedule is subject to change
Day 1: Tuesday, October 6th
Kickoff at 2:00 PM
Our opening workshop will help introduce you to two core themes of this retreat — release and rootedness to help you get clear on what actually matters to you now—and how to prioritize accordingly. By the end of Day 1, you’ll walk away with practical tools to make more intentional choices, just in time to enjoy a group dinner.
Day 2: Wednesday, October 7th
Our second day together is about radiance — not adding more, but uncovering what’s already there. We’ll begin with an excursion to Mont Royal to shift perspective and experience nature’s radiance firsthand. After lunch, we’ll dive into an afternoon of coaching and workshops on how to shift perspective, expand our thinking, and cultivate the radiance within us. After an early evening break, we’ll reconvene for a group dinner.
“Attending this event is the investment in yourself and your wellbeing that you didn’t know you needed."

“Running these retreats is what Randi was put on this earth to do. It was an incredible experience and I can’t wait to come back”

Day 3: Wednesday, October 8th
Our final day is dedicated to integrating the three themes of release, radiance, and rootedness, and how to harness each one to embrace your own unique season of change. The morning workshop will help you connect the dots: where you need to ground yourself, what you’re ready to let go of, and how you want to show up next. After lunch, we’ll close with a final session designed to ensure you leave with clarity, alignment, and a concrete path forward. We’ll conclude at 3:00PM.
