Realign & Recharge Retreat: Mexico City

change your scenery. change your story.

That’s why WSJ best-selling author and executive coach Randi Braun invites you to join her at The Four Seasons Mexico City from Feb 24–27th for Realign & Recharge: with a theme of Unlocking Passion, Perspective & Purpose, join us for this immersive women’s leadership retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself and rediscover your goals.

What You’ll Walk Away With:

With a small group of like-minded women, we’ll draw from Mexico City’s vibrant culture to inspire meaningful conversations and transformational coaching. You'll leave with:

  • A deeper understanding of what lights you up and how to tap into it

  • Frameworks for deepening your curiosity, creativity, and intuition—instead of defaulting to the things you ‘should’ do or the ways you’ve “always done it.”

  • Practical tools for setting the goals that matter most in your life

  • Renewed clarity, confidence, and energy

  • A powerful new network of women who truly get it

Realign & Recharge is a high-impact leadership development experience. Past participants have called it “transformational,” “exactly what I needed,” and “absolutely perfect.”

Join us and gift yourself this experience to explore your passion, perspective, and purpose. Read more about the agenda below.

Unlocking Passion, Perspective & Purpose: Retreat Agenda at a Glance

The below is a working agenda: the final schedule is subject to change

Day 1: Passion — Tuesday, Feb 24
Kickoff at 2:30 PM

Our opening workshop will help you reconnect with the moments in your life when you felt most excited, energized, and “in it.” We’ll use those experiences to help you get clear on what actually matters to you now—and how to prioritize accordingly.

By the end of Day 1, you’ll walk away with practical tools to make more intentional choices, just in time to enjoy a group dinner.

Day 2: Perspective — Wednesday, Feb 25
We’ll start the day with an off-the-beaten-path art tour featuring women artists whose work helped shape Mexico City’s cultural identity. Echoing the morning’s themes of exploration and creativity, we’ll spend the afternoon in a workshop on how to cultivate new perspectives to reframe challenges, spark creativity, and get unstuck in work and life. After an early evening break (just in time to grab a mezcal at the pool or massage at the spa) we’ll enjoy a group dinner.

“Attending this event is the investment in yourself and your wellbeing that you didn’t know you needed."

Day 3: Purpose — Thursday, Feb 26
We’ll spend the morning connecting the dots. You’ll build your own “Purpose Plan” for what comes next—with a focus on what matters most to you. Enjoy free time in the afternoon to walk Mexico City’s historic streets, visit a museum, or go shopping before our final group dinner and completion workshop.

Day 4: Departure & Integration — Friday, Feb 27
With our retreat formally concluding the night before (your breakfast this day is included), spend this final day in Mexico City your way: whether it’s waking up to be on the 8am flight home and returning to your family, or taking the last flight out to soak up all Mexico City has to offer, this is your day to truly integrate your insights from the retreat and make your way home with them in whatever way serves you best.

participants can expect to walk away energized and inspired, with a meaningful game plan for their personal and professional goals, and with new relationships with the women of the retreat cohort
