Realign & Recharge Your Goals With Us
You’re always showing up for everyone else —now it’s time to show up for yourself.
As successful women, we know how to deliver results: we get it done, meet the deadline, and exceed expectations.
But too often, we say “yes” to doing it all at the expense of our own well-being, goals, and boundaries.
That’s why Wall Street Journal best-selling author, certified women’s leadership coach, and Something Major Founder, Randi Braun designed this immersive, two-day retreat for women. With a theme of Saying Yes to Saying No.
What You’ll Walk Away With
Join Something Major for our Realign & Recharge Retreat this September (Thursday the 11th & Friday the 12th) at the beautiful Canoe Place Inn & Cottages in The Hamptons.
In a small, supportive group of fellow women leaders, we’ll dive deep into the real-world pressures that keep us overcommitted and overstretched—and the tools we need to change the pattern, without sacrificing excellence or our stakeholder relationships . You'll leave with:
A deeper understanding of why high-performing women are so great at crushing it for others, but often feel crushed in the process
Frameworks for breaking through pleasing, guilt, and fear
Practical tools for setting (and holding) healthy boundaries, without sacrificing excellence or your relationships
Renewed clarity, confidence, and energy
A powerful new network of women who truly get it
Realign & Recharge is a high-impact leadership development experience. Past participants have called it “transformational,” “exactly what I needed,” and “absolutely perfect.” This September, give yourself the space to refocus, realign, and recharge—not just for work, but for you.

Retreat Agenda at a Glance
Day 1: Realign — Thursday, September 11
Kickoff at 1:30 PM
We’ll begin our retreat with a powerful afternoon of connection, coaching, and clarity.
In a series of interactive workshops, we’ll explore the common traps that leave high-performing women putting everyone else’s goals ahead of their own.
Through thoughtful conversation and coaching, we’ll unpack what’s really behind the pressure to say “yes” to everything—and begin building the mindset and strategies to start saying “no” with intention.
This isn’t about lowering your standards or letting people down. It’s about protecting your priorities without sacrificing your relationships, reputation, or results.
By the end of Day 1, you’ll already feel the shift: more grounded, more connected, and ready to reclaim the space your goals deserve… just in time to enjoy a group dinner, followed by S’mores under the stars.
Day 2: Recharge — Friday, September 12
Start your morning grounded and inspired
We’ll ease into the day with a delicious breakfast and the option to join a yoga class—giving you space to reconnect with yourself before diving into the day’s work.
Our morning workshop will focus on game planning: how to take everything you’ve learned and experienced here and turn it into action.
You’ll walk away with a personalized, real-world strategy to integrate these tools into your life and leadership—without the overwhelm.
After a final group lunch, we’ll close with a reflective completion workshop designed to help you leave feeling clear, confident, and fully recharged.
We’ll wrap at 1:00 PM—with full hearts, bold plans, and a renewed sense of purpose (just in time for those who want to return to the city by train or Islip airport to make their trains/planes).
“Attending this event is the investment in yourself and your wellbeing that you didn’t know you needed."
- Retreat Alumna
participants can expect to walk away energized and inspired, with a meaningful game plan for their personal and professional goals, and with meaningful new relationships with the women of the retreat cohort
“As a two-time participant in Something Major Retreats, I have been equally amazed and impressed by the quality of conversation, instant camaraderie of women from completely different backgrounds, and the ease at which Randi facilitates thought-provoking discussion”
