In it, she shares how her lived experiences as a woman with a physical disability have shaped her voice, values, and vision for more inclusive workplaces.

Drawing from her background as a former startup HR leader and consultant, Emily will share insights on building confidence, navigating bias, and leading with authenticity. Together, Emily and Randi will also explore the intersection of personal empowerment, systemic change and why disability inclusion must be part of any modern leadership conversation.
