Stop playing by the old rules. Let’s start writing new ones.
After years of hearing from women around the world that my book, Something Major: The New Playbook for Women at Work changed the way they think about work, ambition, burnout, and success, I developed the powerful next step readers had been asking for: a chance to practice these transformational tools with me, live.
At a fraction of the cost of one-on-one coaching, The New Playbook Experience goes deeper on the tools readers have loved in the book (and that my clients rave have transformed the way they work, lead, and live).
Because I only offer this experience once a year, I’m thrilled to share that the waitlist is finally open. 🥳 Read on and sign up.

“The 20 weeks I spent with Randi were indescribably valuable. I was floored by how many high-powered women were dealing with similar mindset traps as I was when it came to work and my goals! The experience was a great balance of Randi’s content with practical coaching and moments of personal reflection. One standout moment was Randi leading us through an exercise to access our inner mentor in the intuition module. This is a resource that I will be accessing for many years to come. ”
“An incredible investment in yourself that you will not regret. The New Playbook Experience meets every woman where she is with tools that will change both your personal and work life.”
“The New Playbook Experience was a rewarding and uplifting coaching experience that helped me (and the other participants) change our lives during the program. The time investment will come back to you many times over!”
HOW ELIZA LEARNED TO REWRITE THE RULES OF confidence & success IN THE NEW PLAYBOOK EXPERIENCE
Before my client, Eliza, joined our group cohort for The New Playbook Experience, she was only showing up as a Worker Bee when it came to her career—not the Queen Bee she had the potential to be.
Despite working for some of the largest companies in the world and promoting extremely quickly once inside, Eliza still questioned whether she really deserved to be in a leadership role. After a reorganization gifted her more responsibility (and a raise) that should have confirmed she was a high achiever and power player, her self-confidence slunk to an all-time low.
Not only that, but Eliza kept falling back into the old working habits of an individual contributor—work work working her life away—instead of stepping into a place of aligned and embodied leadership. As we got deeper into the program, I also discovered that Eliza had succumbed to the societal pressures of embodying certain “good girl” behaviors that told her how she “should” behave.
But instead of pushing back or ignoring them, she’d started to internalize them until they manifested as perfectionism, toxic overachievement, and constant worry about what other people thought about her work.
Most days, Eliza felt like she was stacking up tasks and to-do lists so she’d feel more productive with each box she checked… and, over time, all of this “should-ing” all over herself started to impact what she believed was possible for her and, the more time went on, the more isolated she began to feel. Because deep down, Eliza lacked a safe community of other women who were experiencing exactly what she was—who were also open to sharing what it felt like and how they were fixing it…
…which is exactly why The New Playbook Experience was the perfect program for her. As we started to drill down into Eliza’s former habits and future way of working, we uncovered how she could:
Lead projects and initiatives with confidence, instead of always picking up the slack or extra busy work without being recognized for her contributions
Expand her self-belief by seeing other women excelling at work, so she could learn by example and lean into what was possible (instead of comparing herself to everyone else)
Release the guilt and fear of becoming something major and start stepping into the most worthy and deserving version of herself
Connect the dots between her experiences and those of other high-achieving women without feeling ashamed of her past perfectionist tendencies
Feel more empowered and successful without believing she had to work harder for validation or visibility
Discover new versions of herself and what she wants while staying open to all of the possibilities and opportunities available to her
